Our rooms
Our five rooms all have independent entrances off of the private, internal courtyard, where there is private, reserved parking. The entire residence is non-smoking for hygienic and safety reasons. Pets are not permitted, not even small ones.
All our accommodations are double rooms with queen size beds and have a private bathroom with shower, towels and courtesy kits, air-conditioning and independent heating, Icd TV and mini-bar, stocked with a selection of drinks to choose from.
With the exception of room #5, all the rooms have kitchenettes, (without gas stove/oven), but ideal for a quick meal. In addition, all kitchenettes are equipped with espresso/cappuccino machines and an electric kettle – ideal for making teas and infusions.

- The residence has 5 rooms, 3 of which are on the ground floor, all are new and completely renovated. We stayed in room number 2, very spacious and lacking nothing. Very clean, small kitchenette with fridge, coffee machine with Lavazza pods, huge bathroom. Strategic location, 5 minute walk from the Sassi of Matera. Private parking. Very courteous owner. Breakfast included in the price that is eaten in the pastry-shop next to the residence, with excellent pastries and / or savory snacks. Excellent quality / price. Paolo D
