- The residence has 5 rooms, 3 of which are on the ground floor, all are new and completely renovated. We stayed in room number 2, very spacious and lacking nothing. Very clean, small kitchenette with fridge, coffee machine with Lavazza pods, huge bathroom. Strategic location, 5 minute walk from the Sassi of Matera. Private parking. Very courteous owner.
